Every Woman Heat
If you already have confidence in your pelvic floor or you have completed Holistic Core Restore® Every Woman, then this is the fitness programme for you. Time to step things up and build your strength and fitness.
- This is a progressive fitness programme, each week you will enjoy a different routine so your body is continously challenged and you will get stronger and fitter.
- We will meet online with two options: a slightly slower version from 7.15-8.00am every Monday and Wednesday and a little more intense each Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 08.45 for 45 mins.
- You will also receive a Clean Eating plan, including recipes and shopping list to compliment your exercise routine.
- You will need to purchase some hand weights, 2kg, 3kg, 4kg or 5kg and a Loop or Booty Band.
This fitness programme is delivered completely online every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. The goal is to workout 2-3 times a week, all members of Heat also have access to the Pilates video library.
Who is this programme for?
Those who have completed at least one course of our Everywoman Foundation programme.

Join the 8.45-9.30am class, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, if you currently workout with weights.
