Holistic Core Restore®
Every Woman Heat
If you already have confidence in your pelvic floor or you have completed Holistic Core Restore® Every Woman, then this is the fitness programme for you. Time to step things up and spend 12 weeks building your strength and fitness.
- This is a progressive fitness challenge, each week you will raise the intensity and slowly become fitter.
- We will meet online each Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 08.45 for 45 mins.
- Each week you will also receive a recorded version of the workout to complete in your own time, useful if you miss a session.
- You will also receive a Clean Eating plan, including recipes and shopping list to compliment your exercise routine.
- I can provide you with bands and a spiky massage ball, but you will need to purchase some hand weights, 2kg, 3kg, 4kg or 5kg.
This fitness programme is delivered completely online every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. The goal is to workout 3 times a week, along with your recorded session you can do more.
Who is this programme for?
Those who have completed at least one course of our Everywoman Foundation programme.

If you would just like to do the Heat® classes, you will need a Heat® only membership,
which is £55.00 a month and includes the following exercise equipment (resistance band, loop resistance band & spiky massage ball) and a step by step Clean Eating Plan.
