12 weeks of upping your game, upping the intensity, upping the effort and ultimately, 12 weeks of getting FITTER, FASTER, STRONGER and being able to go for LONGER because you’ve built a strong Holistic Core foundation and now you’re ready to roll!

Excitingly, you access this programme ONLINE so once you have your FOUNDATION in place and the time is right for you to work harder…..this will be heroic! You truly will enter ‘ath-lete mode’ with this programme and have a lot of fun getting probably the fittest you’ve ever been. 

Week 1 Prep Week/Goals/Shopping/Measurements/Photos/Fitness Test
Weeks 1, 2, 3, 4 Phase 1 – Static-ish!
Weeks 5, 6, 7 and 8 Phase 2 – Dynamic!
Weeks 9, 10 and 11 Phase 3 – Badass!
Week 12 Summary Week, Re-evaluation and Fitness Test

Option to join an ongoing Maintenance Group after the 12 weeks.

So, how does it work?

  • This programme runs for 12 weeks and will run through both a private Facebook group and an online portal. Each week you will be guided through a workout approximately 20 minutes in duration and progressed weekly by programme creator Jenny Burrell, and in addition, I will deliver two online core restore home workouts so you actually have the benefit of two Coaches for the entire 12 weeks! BONUS!
  • The programme will start with SET UP, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks including taking your Fitness Test and logging your start point measurements.
  • Included in the programme (via the private Facebook group) is my simple fatloss eating method in which we can all fully support each other.

 

What else do you need to know?

  • You will complete a full health screen to make sure you are suitable for this pro-gramme. (Please note, if you have unresolved issues with Diastasis Recti or Pelvic Floor dysfunction you will be guided to an alternative programme)
  • The programme will start with SET UP, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks including taking your Fitness Test and logging your start point measurements.
  • You will need equipment! Some of this you may already have. Some you may need to purchase.
  • Filmed Workout/Tips/Nutrition Via FB Group

I’ve just signed up for a second term of Pilates for Sports. I have problems caused by running, and the class is really good for helping to alleviate them. I really enjoy the format, feel like I’m doing the exercises properly, and that they’re actually having an effect.
